List Recycled Checklist (Inspections) Item Attachments

list_recycled_checklist_inspections_item_attachments
Read-onlyIdempotent

Retrieve attachments from deleted checklist inspections in a Procore project. Use filters to find specific items or paginate results.

Instructions

Lists Checklist (Inspections) Item Attachments from deleted inspections in a specified Project. See Filtering on List Actions for information on using the filtering capabilities provided by this endpoint. Use this to enumerate Inspections when you need a paginated overview, to find IDs, or to filter by query parameters. Returns a paginated JSON array of Inspections. Use page and per_page to control pagination; the response includes pagination metadata. Required parameters: project_id. Procore API: Project Management > Inspections. Endpoint: GET /rest/v1.0/projects/{project_id}/recycle_bin/checklist/list_item_attachments

filters__item_idNoQuery string parameter — array of Checklist Item IDs. Return item(s) associated with the specified Checklist Item IDs.
Behavior4/5

Does the description disclose side effects, auth requirements, rate limits, or destructive behavior?

Annotations already indicate readOnlyHint=true, destructiveHint=false, idempotentHint=true. The description adds pagination behavior, metadata, and required parameter, which aligns with and supplements the annotations. No contradictions.

Agents need to know what a tool does to the world before calling it. Descriptions should go beyond structured annotations to explain consequences.

Conciseness4/5

Is the description appropriately sized, front-loaded, and free of redundancy?

Three sentences plus a link and endpoint info. Information is front-loaded with purpose, then usage details. Slightly verbose due to link and API reference, but overall efficient.

Shorter descriptions cost fewer tokens and are easier for agents to parse. Every sentence should earn its place.

Completeness4/5

Given the tool's complexity, does the description cover enough for an agent to succeed on first attempt?

Given the annotations and schema, the description covers purpose, usage, pagination, and filtering. No output schema exists, but it states the return format as a paginated JSON array, which is sufficient.

Complex tools with many parameters or behaviors need more documentation. Simple tools need less. This dimension scales expectations accordingly.

Parameters3/5

Does the description clarify parameter syntax, constraints, interactions, or defaults beyond what the schema provides?

Schema coverage is 100% with detailed descriptions. The description only reiterates that project_id is required and page/per_page control pagination, adding minimal value beyond the schema.

Input schemas describe structure but not intent. Descriptions should explain non-obvious parameter relationships and valid value ranges.

Purpose5/5

Does the description clearly state what the tool does and how it differs from similar tools?

The description clearly states it lists attachments from deleted inspections, with specific verb and resource. The title and name include 'recycled', distinguishing it from non-recycled versions. The mention of filtering and pagination clarifies scope.

Agents choose between tools based on descriptions. A clear purpose with a specific verb and resource helps agents select the right tool.

Usage Guidelines4/5

Does the description explain when to use this tool, when not to, or what alternatives exist?

The description explains when to use it: for paginated overview, finding IDs, or filtering. It implies it is for recycled inspections but does not explicitly name alternatives like list_checklist_inspections_item_attachments. The filtering link provides additional guidance.

Agents often have multiple tools that could apply. Explicit usage guidance like "use X instead of Y when Z" prevents misuse.
