Fetch a specific document comment by ID from Polarion, using project, space, document, and comment ID. Supports sparse fields and historical revisions.

Instructions

Returns the specified Document Comment. Cardinality: targets a single item by ID. For the full collection or a batch, use getDocumentComments instead.
