# GitHub Portfolio Indexer Implementation ## Overview I have successfully implemented a comprehensive GitHub Portfolio Indexer system that fetches and indexes the user's GitHub portfolio for fast searching alongside the local portfolio. Check if action requires fresh data 2. Use cache if valid and no recent action 3. Fetch fresh if cache expired or invalidated 4. Use stale cache if fetch fails 5.
