While the PR has been reviewed, CI tests are currently failing on all platforms (Ubuntu, macOS, Windows). Provide clear handoff to next agent ## Investigation Results ### Test Failure Analysis **Status:** COMPLETED **Agent:** Test Failure Investigator #### Primary Issue Identified The main test failure is in the security test suite (`mcp-tools-security.test.ts`) where it attempts to call `server.checkForUpdates()` which no longer exists after the UpdateTools removal. **Error:** ``` TypeError: server.checkForUpdates is not a function at test/__tests__/security/tests/mcp-tools-security.test.ts:339:30 ``` #### Affected Files Found 1. `/test/__tests__/security/tests/mcp-tools-security.test.ts:339` - Direct call to removed method 2. `/test/__tests__/unit/security/unicode-normalization.test.ts:51` - Mock reference to removed method #### Root Cause The UpdateTools removal (~7,000 lines) successfully removed the implementation but left test code that still references the removed functionality.
