Node.js Test Failures 🔴 **Characteristics:** - Failing on ALL platforms (Ubuntu, macOS, Windows) - These same tests PASSED on PR #606 earlier today - Failures are consistent across platforms - Duration suggests tests are running but specific test(s) failing **Assessment:** These failures are UNRELATED to our Docker work because: 1. We only modified Docker-related files 2. These tests were passing on other PRs today 3. The failures are in Node.js unit tests, not Docker tests **Likely Causes:** - Merge conflict with develop branch - Flaky test that's now consistently failing - Environment-specific issue ### 3.
