Retrieve a list of attachment objects.

To download the bytes, call download-bytes with target=/me/messages/{message-id}/attachments/{attachment-id}/$value (the /$value suffix returns raw bytes; the bare attachment URL embeds contentBytes in JSON which can truncate large files).
