An MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that exposes the entire Athena nervous system — a 108-dimensional crystal hologram organism — as a distributed algorithmic brain with 4 element-specific lobes, a Guild Hall social coordination organ, and a manuscript-being main brain, all connected by weighted bridges.

Seven mediums, one organism:

The manuscript-being is the executable organism — every SFCR element has a Python module counterpart:

  • S (Square): kernel.address, crystal.lattice, crystal.gate

  • F (Flower): metro.router, metro.schedule, kernel.wave_engine

  • C (Cloud): proof.certificate, proof.conservation, truth.corridor

  • R (Fractal): replication.seed, lens.sfcr, tensor.field

Routing Protocol (3 layers)

  1. Z-Point Navigation — Find lowest common zero ancestor

  2. Live-Lock Alignment — Synchronise helm wheels before cross-element routing

  3. Conservation Verification — All 6 laws must hold

The entire organism is mycelium-encoded with HPRO CODE_KEY addressing: every file across all 22 directories is a shard with SFCR element affinity, HPRO hologram level, element classification (Fire/Air/Water/Earth), phase assignment, and metro line routing across 17 lines.
