# Phase 72 Complete: Climate Risk Scoring

## Overview
Climate risk scoring system using NASA/NOAA physical risk data, EPA transition risk indicators, and carbon pricing scenario analysis.
## Features Implemented
### 1. Physical Climate Risk
- **Location-based risk scoring** using state-level exposure maps
- **Extreme weather analysis**: Hurricanes, floods, drought, wildfire, heat
- **Sector multipliers** for vulnerability (Energy 1.3x, Utilities 1.3x, etc.)
- **NOAA data integration** for weather extremes tracking
- **Score range**: 0-100 (higher = more vulnerable)
### 2. Transition Risk
- **Carbon intensity** by sector (Energy 95, Utilities 88, Tech 50, etc.)
- **Stranded asset risk** assessment
- **Regulatory pressure** factors:
- EU Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism
- SEC climate disclosure requirements
- EPA emissions regulations
- **Score range**: 0-100 (higher = more exposure)
### 3. Carbon Scenario Analysis
- **Three warming pathways**: 1.5°C, 2°C, 3°C
- **Carbon pricing projections** through 2050
- **Revenue impact modeling** by sector
- **Risk classification**: Low / Medium / High / Critical
### 4. Composite Climate Risk
- **Weighted scoring**: 45% physical + 55% transition
- **Risk classifications**:

- Medium Risk: 30-50
