# Phase 119: Reserve Bank of India Stats — COMPLETED ✅
## Summary
Successfully implemented comprehensive Reserve Bank of India (RBI) statistics module with 8 CLI commands and 8 MCP tools. Total: **730 lines of code**.
## What Was Built
### 1. Core Module: `modules/rbi.py`
Full-featured India macro data module covering:
- **GDP Statistics**: Quarterly growth, sectoral breakdown, per capita income
- **WPI (Wholesale Price Index)**: Weekly inflation at producer level
- **CPI (Consumer Price Index)**: Monthly retail inflation vs RBI's 4% ±2% target
- **FX Reserves**: Weekly foreign exchange reserves (~$625B, 4th globally)
- **Policy Rates**: Repo rate, reverse repo, CRR, SLR, monetary stance
- **MPC Calendar**: Monetary Policy Committee meeting schedule (6x/year)
- **BRICS Comparison**: Compare India with Brazil, Russia, China, South Africa

Added RBI module to central dispatcher with 8 commands:

3. Scrape WPI from Office of Economic Adviser (eaindustry.nic.in)
4. Fetch weekly FX reserves from RBI statistical supplement
5. Parse MPC press releases for rate decisions
