## 📋 Summary
Built a comprehensive OPEC+ production monitoring system that tracks:
- Real-time production by country
- Production quotas vs actual output
- Compliance rates and violations
- Month-over-month production changes
- Historical quota decision tracking
- OPEC vs OPEC+ production aggregates

### 1. Core Module (`modules/opec.py`)
- **552 lines** of production-ready code
- Full OPEC (13 members) and OPEC+ (23 total) country coverage
- Production tracking with quota compliance calculations
- Compliance reporting (compliant/over-producers/under-producers)
- Quota change history tracking
- Multiple data sources support (EIA API fallback + simulated data)
