methods-mcp

用于 md-lab 底层的 Bioconductor 方法适配器。每个适配器都将一种方法(limma、fgsea、DESeq2 等)封装为 MCP 工具,并由一个通过 rpy2 运行 R 的小型 FastAPI-in-Docker 容器提供支持。

取代了原计划的 playbase-mcp。OmicsPlayground 采用 CC BY-NC-ND 协议(商业使用不安全);我们直接封装 Bioconductor。参见 md-lab/NOTES.md 第 3 节。

状态

v0.1.0 骨架。 目前仅搭建了 limma 的框架,且其容器尚未构建——在容器发布之前,工具调用将返回 status: "container_unavailable"。此仓库旨在端到端验证适配器模式。
