EZFacility Training Prep MCP

Type an account name, get everything you need to plan training.

Connects Claude Desktop to Salesforce + Gong so that the moment a deal closes, you can pull the deal facts and every sales call transcript in one shot — instead of digging through Salesforce and re-listening to Gong calls by hand.

Setup

Prerequisites

• macOS or Windows

• Python 3 — download from python.org/downloads if you don't have it

• Claude Desktop installed

• Gong API credentials (from your Gong admin)

• Your Salesforce email, password, and security token

Step 1 — Download this folder

Click the green Code button above → Download ZIP → unzip it → you'll have a folder called ezf-training-prep-mcp-main.

Step 2 — Open a terminal in that folder

• On Mac: right-click the folder → New Terminal at Folder

Step 3 — Run setup

bash setup.sh

The script will:

• Install everything automatically

• Ask for your Gong and Salesforce credentials

• Save them securely to a .env file on your machine

• Update your Claude Desktop config

Step 4 — Restart Claude Desktop

Quit and reopen Claude Desktop. The training prep tool will connect automatically.

Usage

Just ask Claude Desktop, for any closed-won account:

Get the training prep brief for [Account Name]

Claude will pull:

• From Salesforce: rep, industry, expected go-live date, time zone/country, merchant processing, and every add-on/module field (EZLeagues, branded app, POS, QuickBooks, Smartwaiver, etc.)

• From Gong: every call transcript for that account

...and fill out this checklist:

1. Name of the account

2. Name of the sales person

3. Industry for the account

4. Training-plan needs: Memberships, Packages (RAP or true?), Rentals, Groups, EZLeagues, Self service, Mobile app, POS

5. Time frame for go live

6. Add-ons: QBO, additional resources/memberships

7. Anything unique about this client's needs

8. Time zone (Canadian vs US)

9. Merchant processing

10. Was there technical difficulty on the demos?

11. Was this person hard to reach, or how responsive were they?

Items 10 and 11 only ever show up in the call transcripts — there's no Salesforce field for them — so Claude reads the calls themselves for that signal (rescheduled calls, Zoom/audio trouble, slow replies between calls, etc.).

If a Salesforce field and a transcript disagree (e.g. Salesforce shows no EZLeagues but the calls discussed running leagues), Claude will flag the mismatch instead of silently picking one.

If the account name matches more than one Salesforce account, Claude will list the matches so you can ask again with the exact name.

Notes

• Your .env file is never committed to git. It only lives on your own machine.

• Salesforce security token: go to SF → top-right avatar → Settings → Personal → Reset My Security Token. It gets emailed to you.

• Gong API key: ask your Gong admin (or @arpit) to generate a read-only API key from Gong Settings → API.
