# 🎯 COMPLETE PROJECT CONTEXT - ZERO ASSUMPTIONS
**If you're reading this, you need to understand where we are in a 33-week enterprise development journey.**
## 📊 THE BIG PICTURE
### **What This Project IS**
- **Enterprise MCP Server Ecosystem**: 33-week plan to build production-grade servers that give Claude AI superpowers
- **Current Status**: Week 11 of 33 (33% complete)
- **Current Version**: 0.11.0 (Week 11 completion marker)
- **Architecture**: Universal MCP servers + orchestration layer + PostgreSQL backend
### **What We're Building**
- **Goal**: 165 total MCP servers (5 servers × 33 weeks)
- **Progress**: Week 11 DATA ANALYTICS servers just completed

- ✅ Startup/shutdown automation
### **🚧 CURRENT SESSION ACCOMPLISHMENTS**
**Problem**: Week 11 servers had startup failures
**Solution**: Fixed startup system end-to-end
**VERIFIED WORKING** (just tested 2025-05-22 01:31:46):

## 📈 DEVELOPMENT WORKFLOW
### **Week Structure** (This is how the 33-week plan works)
- Each week = 5 new MCP servers
- Week 11 = Data Analytics (pipeline, warehouse, ML, governance, realtime)
- Week 12 = Advanced AI Integration (planned)
- All servers follow same pattern: TypeScript + health endpoints + tests
### **Current Technical Stack**
- **Runtime**: Node.js 20+ with tsx (bypasses broken TypeScript build)
- **Database**: PostgreSQL 16 + Redis + Qdrant (vector search)
- **Infrastructure**: Docker containers for all databases
- **MCP Protocol**: @modelcontextprotocol/sdk for Claude integration
- **Architecture**: Each server runs on dedicated port (3301, 3011-3015...)
