# AutoGen MCP Server Modernization Summary
## Overview
Successfully upgraded the AutoGen MCP Server to use the latest AutoGen Core architecture patterns and modern MCP SDK v1.12.3, implementing event-driven multi-agent systems with HTTP transport support.
## Key Modernizations Applied
### 1. AutoGen Core Architecture (Python)
- **Event-Driven Patterns**: Migrated from legacy AutoGen patterns to modern `autogen-core` and `autogen-ext` packages
- **RoutedAgent Base Class**: All agents now inherit from `RoutedAgent` for message routing capabilities
