REQUIRES prior wetax__session__login call with same account_link_id. 조회만 합니다. 위택스에 지금 저장된 신고 내용(신고 상태, 귀속 연월, 지급 연월, 과세표준, 산출세액, 납부할 금액)을 돌려줍니다. 제출 전에 이 값을 사용자에게 보여 주고 확인을 받습니다 - 제출한 신고는 미납이고 납부기한 전일 때만 취소할 수 있습니다.
