The description adds useful context that it returns all findings only for the latest assessment, but does not disclose other traits such as pagination, error behavior, or what happens when no assessment exists. This is acceptable given the annotations.
Agents need to know what a tool does to the world before calling it. Descriptions should go beyond structured annotations to explain consequences.
