Query Layer API 用 MCP Server

公式の Python MCP SDK v2 で構築された、AI アシスタントにメトリクス query-layer API を公開する MCP（Model Context Protocol）サーバーです。

クイックスタート

# Prerequisites: Python 3.10+, uv
uv sync
uv run mcp dev src/server.py

コンソールに出力された URL で MCP Inspector を開いてください。ping ツールが利用可能なことを確認できます。

Phoenix を使ったローカルトレーシング（任意）
