Локальный MCP-плагин: когда агент получает новую задачу, он извлекает Top-N рекомендаций из всех локально установленных скиллов (уровень пользователя/плагина/проекта). Только рекомендует, не выполняет.
Метод индексации заимствован из SkillRouter (arXiv 2603.22455): all-field сегментированные мультивекторы (name+description — один вектор, основной текст разбивается на фрагменты ~800 символов, каждый получает вектор). Запрос вычисляет косинусное сходство для каждого фрагмента, итоговая оценка скилла — max-pool.

Модель — обязательная зависимость: в офлайн-режиме без кэша инструмент возвращает ошибку и инструкции по загрузке, лексический fallback не предусмотрен
В config.json можно переопределить: chunkSize(800), autoThreshold(0.9), promptThreshold(0.6), topK(5), userSkillsDir, pluginCacheDir, projectSkillsEnabled
После изменения chunkSize существующие индексы не пересоздаются автоматически: нужно удалить ~/.fastroute/fastroute.db и затем вызвать reindex_skills
