SagaSmith Narrative ist das vertikale Monorepo für systemneutrales, langes tabletop narratives Spiel. Es versioniert deterministische deklarative Verträge, den autoritativen MCP-Server und Agent Skills zusammen, während es ihre Paket- und Laufzeitverantwortlichkeiten getrennt hält.

Das Domain-Paket enthält nur deterministische Validierung. MCP bleibt die alleinige Autorität für Kampagnenzustand, Autorisierung, Phasen, Revisionen, Idempotenz, zufällige Streams, dynamische Tool-Exposition und atomare Abwicklung. Semantische Überprüfung, Publikumsentscheidungen, NPC-Entscheidungen und Erzählung bleiben Agent/Skill-Angelegenheiten.
