# Phase 1: Project Setup and Environment Configuration
## Overview
This phase focuses on establishing the foundational structure of the project, setting up dependencies, and configuring the development environment for all components.
## Tasks
### 1. Project Structure Setup
- [x] Create base project directory structure according to the design document
- [x] Initialize Git repository with .gitignore for Python, Blender, and Unreal Engine
- [x] Create README.md with project overview and setup instructions
### 2. Python Environment Configuration
- [x] Set up Python virtual environment (using uv)
- [x] Create pyproject.toml with project metadata and dependencies
- [x] Install development dependencies (FastAPI, Langchain, HTTP client libraries)
### 3. Blender Addon Structure
- [x] Set up blender-mcp directory structure (if not already cloned)
- [x] Configure addon.py to use port 8400 instead of 9876
- [x] Prepare addon installation instructions
### 4. Unreal Plugin Structure
- [x] Create UEPythonServer plugin directory structure
- [x] Set up plugin metadata file (UEPythonServer.uplugin)
- [x] Create basic C++ structure for HTTP server implementation
### 5. MCP Server Initial Setup
