- ✅ Restart Application - Safely restarts first app with confirmation output
**Features**:
- Color-coded terminal output (green=pass, red=fail, yellow=warn, cyan=info)
- Timing measurements for each test (performance baseline)
- Detailed error messages with context
- Safety checks (skips restart if no apps exist)
- Formatted JSON responses for API calls
- Comprehensive summary at completion
### 2. Environment Configuration Template (.env.example)
**Location**: `/home/blackthorne/Work/cloudron/.env.example`
**Purpose**: Shows users how to configure credentials
**Contents**:
- CLOUDRON_BASE_URL (with examples)
- CLOUDRON_API_TOKEN (with instructions to generate)

## Credentials Discovery Results
### What I Found
- No Cloudron credentials in environment variables
- No .env file with existing credentials
- Serena memories reference "https://my.serenichron.com" as the instance URL
- User email: vlad@serenichron.com (indicates instance exists)
### What I Did NOT Find
- CLOUDRON_API_TOKEN in any config file
- CLOUDRON_BASE_URL in environment
- Hardcoded credentials (good security practice)

The MCP server implements these 3 tools:

## How to Test (Quick Start)
### Step 1: Get Credentials
1. Visit your Cloudron instance Admin panel
2. Go to Admin → API Tokens
3. Create a new token called "MCP Testing" with read/write permissions
4. Copy the token
### Step 2: Run Tests
