# MCP Servers Status Report **Date**: 2025-12-07 **Time**: 01:30 UTC ## Overall Status: ✅ HEALTHY All MCP servers are operational and properly integrated. ## Main Server: robotics-mcp - **Status**: ✅ Healthy - **Version**: 0.1.0 - **Transport**: stdio (HTTP disabled) - **Robots Registered**: 0 (ready for vbots) - **Tools Registered**: 5 core tools - **Mounted Servers**: 4/4 available ### Core Tools 1. ✅ `robot_model` - Model operations (create, import, export, convert) 2. ✅ `vbot_crud` - Virtual robot CRUD operations 3. ✅ `robotics_system` - System management (help, status, list_robots) 4. ✅ `robot_control` - Physical robot control (ready for hardware) 5. ✅ `virtual_robotics` - Virtual robotics operations ## Mounted MCP Servers ### 1. osc-mcp ✅ - **Status**: Available - **Tools**: `osc_send_osc`, `osc_start_osc_server`, `osc_stop_osc_server` - **Purpose**: OSC communication for VRChat/audio - **Usage**: VRChat vbot spawning, audio control - **Health**: ✅ Connected ### 2. unity3d-mcp ✅ - **Status**: Available - **Key Tools**: - `execute_unity_method` - Execute C# methods in Unity - `import_marble_world` - World Labs Marble integration - `import_vrm_avatar` - VRM avatar import - **Purpose**: Unity3D integration and control - **Usage**: Vbot spawning, scene manipulation - **Health**: ✅ Connected - **Unity Editor**: ⏳ Should be running for full functionality ### 3. blender-mcp ✅ - **Status**: Available - **Key Tools**: - `blender_mesh` - Mesh creation operations - `blender_export` - FBX/GLB export - `blender_material` - Material creation - **Purpose**: 3D model creation and manipulation - **Usage**: Robot model creation, export to Unity - **Health**: ✅ Connected - **Blender**: ✅ Running (4.4.0) ### 4. gimp-mcp ✅ - **Status**: Available - **Key Tools**: - `gimp_file` - File operations - `gimp_filter` - Image filters - `gimp_texture` - Texture creation - **Purpose**: Texture and image processing - **Usage**: Robot textures, material maps - **Health**: ✅ Connected - **GIMP**: ✅ Running ## Integration Status ### ✅ Working 1. **Blender → FBX Export**: ✅ - Creates models with all components - Exports to Unity-optimized FBX - Handles TBBmalloc warnings gracefully 2. **FBX → Unity Import**: ✅ - Auto-import on file copy - All 7 objects visible - Hierarchy preserved 3. **robotics-mcp → unity3d-mcp**: ✅ - Mounted and available - `execute_unity_method` ready - Ready for VbotSpawner calls 4. **robotics-mcp → blender-mcp**: ✅ - Model creation working - Export pipeline functional ### ⏳ In Progress 1. **Unity Spawning**: ⏳ - VbotSpawner.cs copied to Unity ✅ - Prefab creation needed ⏳ - First spawn test pending ⏳ 2. **Texture Pipeline**: ⏳ - gimp-mcp available but unused - Not yet integrated into model creation 3. **VRChat Integration**: ⏳ - osc-mcp ready - VRChat spawning not yet tested ## Performance Metrics ### Model Creation - Scout model creation: ~2-3 seconds - FBX export: ~1 second - Total pipeline: ~3-4 seconds ### Server Startup - robotics-mcp initialization: <1 second - Mount detection: <1 second - Total startup: <2 seconds ### Memory Usage - Low footprint (servers are lightweight) - Blender processes spawned on-demand - Unity connection via IPC (efficient) ## Known Issues ### Resolved ✅ 1. ✅ TBBmalloc warnings (harmless, handled gracefully) 2. ✅ FBX export missing objects (fixed - now loads .blend first) 3. ✅ Wheel orientation (fixed - vertical on sides) 4. ✅ Unicode encoding errors (fixed - removed π character) 5. ✅ Boolean conversion in f-strings (fixed - use Python booleans) ### Minor Issues 1. Tool count shows "unknown" for mounted servers (cosmetic only) 2.
