# Deployment Status
## Current Issue
The Cloud Run service is failing to start. The container is not listening on the PORT within the timeout.
## Service URL
**https://langchain-agent-mcp-server-554655392699.us-central1.run.app**
## What We've Done
1. ✅ Fixed PowerShell script syntax errors
2. ✅ Configured Docker authentication
3. ✅ Built and pushed Docker image
4. ✅ Created startup script to handle PORT
5. ✅ Made startup more resilient (won't fail if API key missing)
## Next Steps
### Option 1: Check Logs in Cloud Console
Visit the logs URL from the error message to see what's failing:
```
https://console.cloud.google.com/logs/viewer?project=slashmcp&resource=cloud_run_revision/...
```
### Option 2: View Logs via CLI
```powershell
$env:PATH += ";C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Cloud SDK\google-cloud-sdk\bin"
gcloud run services logs read langchain-agent-mcp-server `
--platform managed `
--region us-central1 `
--project slashmcp `
--limit 100
```
### Option 3: Test Locally First
```powershell
# Build and test locally
docker build -t test-server .
docker run -p 8000:8000 -e PORT=8000 test-server
# In another terminal
Invoke-WebRequest http://localhost:8000/health
```
## Common Issues
1. **PORT not being read** - Cloud Run sets PORT automatically, but container might not be reading it
2. **Startup timeout** - Agent initialization might be taking too long
3. **Missing dependencies** - Some Python packages might be missing
4. **API key required** - Agent might need API key to initialize
## Quick Fix: Deploy Without Agent Initialization
We've already made the startup more resilient. The next deployment should work if the PORT issue is resolved.
Try deploying again with explicit port:
```powershell
gcloud run services update langchain-agent-mcp-server `
--image gcr.io/slashmcp/langchain-agent-mcp-server:latest `
--platform managed `
--region us-central1 `
--project slashmcp `
--port 8000 `
--timeout 300 `
--set-env-vars PORT=8000
```
