**Title:** Implement custom exception hierarchy for error handling
**Description:**
Create a comprehensive exception hierarchy for all error types in the Jules Job Manager, including base exceptions and specific error types.
**Acceptance Criteria:**

- [ ] `MCPConnectionError` exception for MCP server connection failures
- [ ] `AuthenticationError` exception for Jules authentication failures
- [ ] `TaskNotFoundError` exception for task not found errors

#### JJM-027: Retry Logic with Tenacity
**Title:** Implement retry logic for transient failures
**Description:**
Add retry logic using the tenacity library for operations that may fail transiently (network issues, temporary server unavailability).

**Description:**
