Overseer, begin a full self-test and self-repair cycle for the work you just produced.
Your objectives:
1. **Validate all fixes** applied in the last change set:
- Issue #1: Path with spaces
- Issue #3: Compliance check
- Issue #5: Infer phases
- Issue #7: Lint repo
- Any cascading issues from #8–#11
2. **Run automated self-tests** against the real path:
/Volumes/projects/Forge Panel/forgepanel
- Confirm path resolution
- Confirm space-handling works end to end
- Confirm check_compliance runs without errors
- Confirm infer_phases properly detects state
- Confirm lint_repo produces a structured report
3. **Auto-repair anything broken**:
- Fix logic in src/ if tests fail
- Harden path sanitization
- Standardize error messages and codes
- Improve phase detection where needed
- Update helper utilities for consistency
4. **Update all documentation automatically**:
- Update CHANGELOG.md with new fixes (using Keep a Changelog format)
- Update PLAN_OF_ACTION.md with new statuses
- Update DESIGN.md or TOOLS.md if any schema or behavior changed
- Mark completed issues as fixed with timestamps
- Add new issues if self-tests reveal them
5. **Re-run the entire test suite** for confirmation:
- After making fixes, run all tools again
- Ensure zero unhandled exceptions
- Ensure all outputs are valid JSON
- Ensure deterministic behavior
6. **Produce a final report**:
- Summary of fixes applied
- Tests passed/failed (before vs. after)
- Files modified
- Any remaining issues
- Recommendations for next steps
Execution rules:
- Make all changes as a clean atomic PR or change set.
- Show me all updated files.
- Do NOT move on until everything passes.
- No destructive file deletes unless necessary and documented.
Begin the complete overseer self-test and self-repair cycle now.
