# T036: Project Configuration MCP Tool Implementation **Task**: Implement singleton configuration MCP tool **Status**: ✅ COMPLETED **Date**: 2025-10-10 **File**: `src/mcp/tools/configuration.py` ## Summary Implemented two FastMCP tools for managing the singleton project configuration: 1. **`get_project_configuration`** - Query singleton configuration (<50ms target) 2. **`update_project_configuration`** - Update singleton configuration with health check (<100ms target) ## Implementation Details ### Tool 1: get_project_configuration **Signature**: ```python @mcp.tool() async def get_project_configuration( ctx: Context | None = None, ) -> dict[str, Any]: ``` **Features**: -
