### INFRA-004: FastMCP Tool Registration ✅ VERIFIED
**Problem**: 12 contract tests failing with "Tool not registered" errors
**Investigation Result**:
- ✅ `index_repository` and `search_code` tools ARE correctly registered
- ✅ Tools use `@mcp.tool()` decorator pattern
- ✅ Server initialization imports and registers tools automatically
- ✅ All affected contract tests (test_index_project_id, test_search_project_id, test_permission_denied) are PASSING
**Actual Issue**:
- The 12 failing tests are expecting **task management tools** (create_task, get_task, list_tasks, update_task) that haven't been implemented yet
- This is a **different feature**, not the multi-project workspace feature
**Conclusion**: No changes needed. Multi-project workspace tools are correctly registered.
**Impact**: 0 tests blocked (issue was misidentified)

### INFRA-005: Test Fixture Scope Mismatches ✅ FIXED
**Problem**: Session-scoped async fixtures causing "ScopeMismatch" errors
**Fix Applied**:
