  The main handler logic for the 'get_event_teams_simple' tool. It validates the event_key input using Zod, makes an API request to The Blue Alliance (TBA) at `/event/${event_key}/teams/simple`, parses the response as an array of TeamSimpleSchema objects, and returns the JSON stringified data.
