Search and inspect open-source GitHub repositories, curated topics and developer rankings from SrcLog.com — straight from Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code and any other MCP client.

• Remote, hosted: https://srclog.com/mcp (Streamable HTTP, stateless, plain JSON responses)

• Fair-use limit: 30 tool calls per minute per IP (protocol messages like initialize and tools/list are free)

Rate limits

Each tool call counts against a 30 requests/minute budget per IP, shared with the SrcLog REST API. Over the limit, the tool returns an error result (Rate limit: 30 req/min, retry in N s) instead of dropping the connection, so assistants can wait and retry.
