Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| UNIVERSE_MCP_TOKEN | No | Bearer token used for HTTP mode. The token is not optional when running with --http; the server refuses to start in HTTP mode without one. Pick a long random string and share it as a password. | |
| UNIVERSE_WIKI_PASSWORD | No | Optional passphrase to lock the wiki. If set, browsers prompt for it once and remember it. The username is ignored; there is one shared secret. Re-run tools/make_wiki_password.py to generate. |
