运行 MCP 服务器

对于本地编辑器/Codex 测试，目前推荐使用 HTTP 传输：

uv run linkml-mcp --transport http --host 127.0.0.1 --port 8765

要通过主机名或反向代理接收请求，请绑定到 localhost 之外，并允许外部 Host 头：

uv run linkml-mcp \
  --transport http \
  --host 0.0.0.0 \
  --port 8765 \
  --allowed-host essentialcomplexity.eu

如果代理转发了不同的 Host 头，请通过另一个 --allowed-host 传入该值。

默认情况下，服务器将工作区存储在 .linkml-mcp/workspaces 目录下。若要覆盖此路径，请使用：

export LINKML_MCP_GENERATOR_OUTPUT_ROOT=/path/to/generated

测试客户端

创建工作区：

uv run linkml-mcp-client init --name test_schema

应用语义变更集：

在某个提交处读取模式：
