Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| AUTH_JWT_SECRET | No | Secret used to sign console JWT sessions. Required in production for the console/API, but not needed for the MCP stdio server. | |
| NLPEARL_API_KEY | No | NL Pearl API key (secret key). Required when MOCK=false for real NL Pearl integrations. | |
| AUTH_OTP_TTL_MIN | No | OTP validity in minutes for console authentication. | 5 |
| NLPEARL_PEARL_ID | No | Legacy NL Pearl outbound voice pearl ID. Now optional if channel routing is configured via the database. | |

| NLPEARL_TEXT_PEARL_IDS | No | Comma-separated list of NL Pearl IDs to force text channel classification as SMS. | |
| NLPEARL_WEBHOOK_SECRET | No | Secret token attached to NL Pearl webhook deliveries; used to verify webhook authenticity. Leave empty to disable verification. |
