| MCP_HTTP_API_KEY | No | Clients must send Authorization: Bearer <value> to /mcp. Required when MODE=http. | |
| FOUNDRY_API_TOKEN | Yes | Your Adaptyv Foundry API token. Required even in mock mode. |
