Locates the quote in the opinion text. Differences in whitespace, curly vs. straight quotes, and dash style are treated as still-verbatim; dropped, changed, or inserted words are flagged with a word-level diff and the closest actual text. Returns the pinpoint paragraph (¶) when the opinion carries paragraph markers (generally 1997+ opinions).
