Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| NAME | Yes | The name of the Minecraft character. | |
| MCP_PORT | No | Port for the MCP HTTP server. Change for multiple characters. | |
| WEB_PORT | No | Port for the local web UI. Change for multiple characters. | |
| AGENT_ROOT | Yes | Absolute path to the agent workspace directory. | |
| VIEWER_PORT | No | Port for the Prismarine viewer. Change for multiple characters. | |
| ARTIFACT_ROOT | Yes | Absolute path to the directory where artifacts (logs, screenshots) will be stored. | |
| MINECRAFT_HOST | Yes | Hostname or IP address of the Minecraft server. | |
| MINECRAFT_PORT | Yes | Port number of the Minecraft server (e.g., 12345). |
