Cloud Discord MCP
Provides tools for interacting with a Discord server, including listing servers, getting channels, reading messages, and sending messages.
Click on "Deploy Server".
Wait a few minutes for the server to deploy. Once ready, it will show a "Started" state.
In the chat, type
@followed by the MCP server name and your instructions, e.g., "@Cloud Discord MCPread the last 10 messages from the #general channel"
That's it! The server will respond to your query, and you can continue using it as needed.
Here is a step-by-step guide with screenshots.

2. Run locally
Python 3.11+ is recommended.
python -m venv .venv
.\.venv\Scripts\Activate.ps1
pip install -e .
python -m discord_mcpThe MCP endpoint is http://localhost:8000/mcp.
3. Cloud deployment
Deploy the included Dockerfile to an always-on container service. Set the same environment variables in the provider's secret manager. The service must expose port 8000 and provide HTTPS in front of the container.
When deployed, configure the MCP client with the HTTPS URL ending in /mcp and send:
Authorization: Bearer YOUR_MCP_AUTH_TOKENAvailable tools
list_serversget_channelsread_messagessend_message(requiresconfirm=true)
Add moderation and server-management tools only after this baseline is tested.
