Atlas Przetargów — MCP 服务器

模型上下文协议 (MCP) 允许 AI 助手连接到外部工具和数据。此服务器将 Atlas Przetargów API 暴露给任何 MCP 客户端，使您的 AI 助手能够：

波兰公共采购 — 快速参考

• BZP (Biuletyn Zamówień Publicznych) — 波兰国家招标登记处。ID 格式如 2026/BZP 00202613。

• TED (Tenders Electronic Daily) — 欧盟范围内的招标登记处，超过欧盟阈值的招标必须在此发布。

速率限制与公平使用

Atlas Przetargów API 有基于 IP 的速率限制（LLM 端点为每分钟 30 次请求，公共端点限制更高）。MCP 服务器会自动以指数退避方式重试 429 响应。
