Install the Tapir add-on

Install the pinned Tapir add-on (1.7.2) into Archicad's Add-Ons folder. Dry run by default: it finds every Archicad on this computer, downloads and checks the file (sha256) and says what it would do. confirm=true writes. Never replaces an existing Tapir unless replace_existing=true, and then moves the old copy to a backup folder; a custom Tapir build loses its own commands when replaced. archicad_version limits it to one version. On macOS a protected Add-Ons folder brings up the system password dialog; on Windows it returns the command to run from an administrator terminal. Archicad must be restarted afterwards. Needs no running Archicad.
