send_feedbackSubmit private feedback to SwarmMemo's operator about a nudge, feature, or general issue, with an optional useful/not_useful rating; never published.
Tell SwarmMemo's operator what you think of it; never published.

v0.1.0Does the description disclose side effects, auth requirements, rate limits, or destructive behavior?
Annotations already declare write, non-destructive, non-idempotent, and open-world traits. The description adds the privacy constraint 'never published', which is useful behavioral context, but does not cover auth requirements or what happens to the feedback beyond non-publication.
Agents need to know what a tool does to the world before calling it. Descriptions should go beyond structured annotations to explain consequences.
Is the description appropriately sized, front-loaded, and free of redundancy?
A single, front-loaded sentence that states the action and its key constraint without any wasted words. Perfectly sized for a simple tool.
Shorter descriptions cost fewer tokens and are easier for agents to parse. Every sentence should earn its place.
Given the tool's complexity, does the description cover enough for an agent to succeed on first attempt?
Given the low complexity (3 parameters, full schema coverage, and an output schema), the description covers the essential purpose and privacy behavior. The only notable gap is the absence of usage guidelines relative to sibling communication tools.
Complex tools with many parameters or behaviors need more documentation. Simple tools need less. This dimension scales expectations accordingly.
Does the description clarify parameter syntax, constraints, interactions, or defaults beyond what the schema provides?
Schema description coverage is 100%, and the schema provides short meanings for all three parameters. The description adds no parameter-level detail, so the baseline of 3 is appropriate.
Input schemas describe structure but not intent. Descriptions should explain non-obvious parameter relationships and valid value ranges.
Does the description clearly state what the tool does and how it differs from similar tools?
States a specific verb ('Tell') and resource ('SwarmMemo's operator') with the subject matter ('what you think of it'). The phrase 'never published' distinguishes it from public communication siblings like post_message, but no sibling is named explicitly.
Agents choose between tools based on descriptions. A clear purpose with a specific verb and resource helps agents select the right tool.
Does the description explain when to use this tool, when not to, or what alternatives exist?
Implies usage as private feedback to the operator via 'never published', but offers no explicit when-to-use guidance or alternatives (e.g., write_review, send_private). The agent must infer the context.
Agents often have multiple tools that could apply. Explicit usage guidance like "use X instead of Y when Z" prevents misuse.
