MCP-Server, mit dem KI-Tools Funktionen aufrufen können, die in Ihrem Browser ausgeführt werden.

Der Daemon fungiert als Vermittler zwischen einem beliebigen MCP-Client und Ihrem Browser-Tab. Er kommuniziert auf der einen Seite über JSON-RPC via stdio und auf der anderen Seite über WebSocket. Ihre Browser-App stellt eine Verbindung her, registriert Tools, und die KI kann diese aufrufen.

Schnellstart

1. Zu Ihrem KI-Tool hinzufügen

Claude Code:

Keine Installation erforderlich. npx lädt das Paket automatisch herunter und führt es aus.

2. Den Client zu Ihrer Browser-App hinzufügen

npm i @businessmaps/bifrost-browser

3. Tools registrieren

Das war's. Die KI kann nun get_page_title und get_selection in Ihrem Browser-Tab aufrufen. Handler haben vollen Zugriff auf DOM, Canvas, IndexedDB, Zwischenablage, fetch usw.

Authentifizierung

Standardmäßig generiert der Daemon beim Start ein zufälliges Token. Es gibt zwei Möglichkeiten, es zu erhalten:

  • Terminal-Modus - das Token wird auf dem Bildschirm ausgegeben, wenn der Daemon startet

  • MCP-Modus - die KI ruft das integrierte Tool bifrost_connection_info auf, um das Token zu erhalten, und sagt Ihnen dann, was Sie in Ihre App einfügen müssen

Übergeben Sie das Token an den Client:

Überspringen Sie die Authentifizierung vollständig mit --no-auth während der lokalen Entwicklung.

Mehrere Tabs

Jeder Tab registriert seine eigenen Tools. Aufrufe werden an denjenigen weitergeleitet, der das Tool besitzt. Das Trennen eines Tabs entfernt dessen Tools.
