**Closure Summary**:
This PRD proposed a system to learn patterns from successful deployments. This goal has been subsumed by the more comprehensive **PRD #218: Pattern & Policy Learning System**, which defines a unified architecture for learning both patterns and policies from usage metrics and AI analysis.
**Reasoning**:
- **Unified Architecture**: PRD #218 covers the same "learning from usage" goal but within a broader, more mature architectural context.
- **Effort Conservation**: Implementing #108 separately would duplicate work defined in #218.
