### Key Finding: Connection Reuse Works!
**Before (v1.0.1)**:
- Read File: ❌ FAILED - "Failed to connect to MCP server via stdio: unhandled errors in a TaskGroup"
**After (v1.1.1 with connection_reuse)**:
- Read File: ⚠️ FAILED - But with DIFFERENT error: "Access denied: Path is outside accessible roots"
**This proves connection reuse is working!** The connection error is gone. The new error is a path configuration issue, not a connection problem.
### Path Configuration Issue
The Read File test is failing because:
- `PROJECT_PATH` is set to `/Users/tosinakinosho/workspaces/mcp-adr-analysis-server`
- But accessible roots are calculated from `playbooks/` directory
- Need to adjust path or PROJECT_PATH configuration
### Summary
