Use this checklist when deploying the SR P3 MCP Server.
## Pre-Deployment Verification
### Code Quality
- [x] TypeScript compiles without errors (`npm run build`)

- [x] No console errors or warnings
- [x] Code follows TypeScript strict mode
- [x] All files properly formatted

## Rollback Plan
If issues are discovered after deployment:
1. **Revert commit**: `git revert <commit-hash>`
2. **Delete tag**: `git tag -d v1.0.0 && git push origin :refs/tags/v1.0.0`
3. **Fix issues locally**
4. **Re-test thoroughly**
5. **Re-deploy with new version**
## Support Plan
After deployment:
1. **Monitor Issues**: Check GitHub issues daily
2. **Respond Quickly**: Aim for 24-48 hour response time
3. **Security First**: Address security issues immediately
4. **Document Solutions**: Update docs with common issues
5. **Release Updates**: Use semantic versioning for updates
## Success Metrics
After deployment, verify:
