   - Port improved-agents.json to new format
   - Create MIA-specific templates

## 🔧 Technical Decisions Made

### 1. Prompt Type as Discriminator
- Single table for all prompt types
- Uses `promptType` field to distinguish
- Backward compatible with existing prompts

### 2. Agent Configuration Structure
- Nested `agentConfig` object
- Optional fields based on prompt type
- Flexible for future extensions

### 3. Execution Tracking
- Separate table for execution records
- Enables analytics and feedback
- Supports A/B testing of agents

### 4. Model Selection Strategy
- Haiku: Fast, cheap tasks (exploration, scanning)
- Sonnet: Most development work (analysis, review)
- Opus: Complex orchestration (main agents, architects)
