## Critical Discoveries
### Real Testing vs Mock Testing (CRITICAL RULE)
- **Rule**: Never claim tests pass without real integration tests
- **Discovery**: F23b and F04 had critical bugs that mock tests completely missed
- F23b: Wrong endpoint (`/apps/install` → `/apps`), missing `domain` parameter
- F04: Wrong HTTP method (DELETE → POST `/apps/:id/uninstall`)
- **Lesson**: Mock tests are worse than useless - they give false confidence
- **Stored in**: Serena memory `CRITICAL_RULE_real_tests_only`
### Orchestrator Direct Execution Violation
- **Violation**: Orchestrator executed tools directly (Bash, Read, Edit, MCP calls)
- **Rule**: Orchestrator is routing layer ONLY - must delegate ALL work to agents

### Forum Post Honesty
- **Issue**: Initial draft claimed 15 "production-ready" tools without real testing
- **Fix**: Rewrote to honestly state "7 tested, 8 need validation"
- **Principle**: Transparency about what's validated vs what needs testing

### Known Broken
- F23a (validate_manifest) - returns 404, endpoint doesn't exist
