## Summary
The complete project rename from `session-mgmt-mcp` to `session-buddy` has been executed successfully across all layers of the codebase and infrastructure.
## Changes Applied

- **Directory**: `session_mgmt_mcp/` → `session_buddy/`
- **Python Package**: All imports updated from `session_mgmt_mcp` → `session_buddy`
- **371 files** updated across the entire codebase

- **.mcp.json**: Server name updated to `session-buddy`
- **settings/**: `session-mgmt.yaml` → `session-buddy.yaml`
