Session Buddy has successfully completed its migration to Oneiric and mcp-common standards, marking a significant modernization of the project's infrastructure.
## ✨ What's New
### 🏗️ Architecture Modernization
**Oneiric Framework Integration**
- Native DuckDB adapters for vector and graph storage
- Improved connection pooling and resource management
- Better testability through dependency injection
- 91% code reduction in storage layer
**mcp-common Standardization**
- Standard CLI commands (`start`, `stop`, `restart`, `status`, `health`)
- Consistent MCP tooling across all mcp-common projects

- Removed sitecustomize.py for faster initialization
- Oneiric snapshot caching reduces cold start time

### 📚 Memory Enhancements (Phases 1-5)
All 5 phases of the Comprehensive Memory Enhancement Plan are now complete:

### Configuration
**New File:** `~/.claude/settings/session-buddy.yaml`
**Before:** Environment variables only
**After:** YAML configuration with environment fallback

### Dependencies Removed
- **ACB (0.32.0)**: No longer needed, replaced with Oneiric
- **sitecustomize.py**: Removed for faster startup

### For Existing Users
1. **Backup your data:**

2. **Update your workflow:**
- Replace old CLI commands with new ones
- Create YAML config if you had custom environment variables
3. **Verify installation:**

### For New Users

### Test Coverage
- **Phase 6 Validation**: 18/18 tests passing (100%)
- **Unit Tests**: All existing tests passing
- **Integration Tests**: Race condition resolved
- **Memory Enhancement Tests**: All 5 phases validated
### Known Issues
None. All blocking issues from Phase 6 have been resolved.

- **Before**: ~2.5s (with sitecustomize.py)
- **After**: ~1.8s (native Oneiric)
- **Improvement**: 28% faster
### Test Pass Rate
- **Phase 5**: 67% (query cache blocker)

- **Improvement**: Complete resolution
### Code Reduction
- **Storage Layer**: 91% reduction (lines of code)
