### 4. 實作完成記錄

**執行摘要**: 實際耗時約 30 分鐘，完成 append_list_item 工具實作
- **實作內容**: 在 DocumentService 新增 `append_list_item` 方法，更新 server.py 的 tool function，完成 TDD 測試
- **測試結果**: 6 個測試全數通過 (TC1: 正常 append、TC2: 空列表 append、TC3: block 不存在錯誤、TC4: 非 list 類型錯誤、TC5: 連續多次 append、TC6: 一般文件支援)
