### Stub Detector Issues (2 critical)
**File**: `core/stub-detector.js`
1. ❌ **Over-blocking legitimate code**: Blocked `return true` and `=> true` as policy bypass
- ✅ FIXED: Removed over-broad patterns
- Impact: Users can now write boolean logic
2. ❌ **Empty function/catch blocks not detected**: Just logged, didn't throw
- ✅ FIXED: Now throws `HARD_BLOCK_VIOLATION`
- Impact: Stub code properly blocked
3. ❌ **Syntax errors silently ignored**: AST parsing failures just logged
- ✅ FIXED: Now throws `AST_ANALYSIS_FAILED`
- Impact: Invalid code caught before deployment
### Plan Validation Issues (2 medium)
