This document tracks documentation updates aligned with software releases, using semantic versioning aligned to code releases.
## Format
Each release section includes:
- **Added**: New documentation pages or sections
- **Changed**: Modifications to existing documentation
- **Deprecated**: Documentation pages or patterns marked for removal
- **Removed**: Deleted documentation
- **Fixed**: Documentation corrections or clarifications
- **Doc Version**: Associated /docs/vX version

## How to Update This Changelog
1. For each software release, create a new section with code version
2. Document all documentation changes in Added/Changed/Deprecated/Removed/Fixed categories
3. Link to new/modified documentation files
4. Update Doc Version table with support dates
5. Maintain alignment: docs/ vX folder structure mirrors software versioning
